About the Author:
I am a lover of food, and as such when the opportunity to create a blog for class arose I seized it. A genuine interest in all things food and health, led me to the hope of helping others, with a goal of bettering not only the reader, but myself.
Currently, I am eating a strictly vegan diet, but not all of my recipes will reflect that as I know a majority of people are not. The most important thing for me regarding this site is not only helping people, but providing the tools to do whatever you want with a recipe.
When I began cooking I thought a recipe required a complete devotion to all chosen ingredients and it limited my choices greatly. Do not do this. If I use olive oil, but you prefer vegetable oil make the change!
All in all, I want to learn a lot together and are able to promote healthy change.
